We are so pleased that you are considering having your wedding here at St Theresa of Avila Church.
By Christ’s design, when both parties are baptized persons, this covenant has the dignity of a sacrament. Catholic marriage is therefore a powerful means intended by Christ for the sanctification of the couple and a visible sign in the world of God’s love for his people.
Applications must be submitted no less than 8 months prior to the desired wedding date. This will allow time to complete the preliminary procedures and still have the required six months of marriage preparation
