Registration for New Families

• Registration forms are available from the school office (517-332-0813). 
• Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
• There is a $300.00 non-refundable fee due at the time of registration.
• Children applying for admission to the Kindergarten class must be 5 years old by December 1st of the school year in which they wish to be admitted.
• In addition to basic information, registration requires dates of reception of sacraments (where applicable) and dates of immunizations. A copy of the child's birth certificate must accompany the registration form.
